Li ion Battery Apple MacBook 15 inch
This battery was purchased from America Digital Accessories, Corp. for a 2008 15.4" MacBook Pro (MB134LL/A). The order was fulfilled by Amazon Prime and arrived in two days on June 22, 2011. It was well-cushioned with foam rubber in the box and removable plastic on both sides of the battery to protect the finish. The exterior finish is similar to the original battery but slightly darker (hardly noticeable, but not exactly the same). The fit was exact with no trouble installing but still tight with no wiggling. The computer booted up immediately on battery power. There was no problem charging and the system profiler is showing a full charge capacity of 5433 mAh and condition = normal (Apple/About This Mac/More Info/Hardware/Power). Buyer ratings for replacement batteries are fairly low, even for OEM replacements from Apple so I thought it was important to publish a positive review.
