This qualifies as one of my best ever computer purchases. This 9 cell battery makes the Net Book a vastly more usable tool. The IPAQ 4700 that I've been using as a reader for several years finally gave out forcing me to go to my two year old Net Book. (My wife uses a NOOK, but I'm too cheap to buy a second one). The original battery was good for 2.5 hours of reading and severely limits its usefulness. This battery, at less than $30, gives me 8 to 10 hours of reading time.

I don't object to the additional size. It's only logical that more power requires more cells. I've used it daily for a month now and have no issues whatsoever. It fits perfectly with no movement at all after closing the lock tab. It charges in less than an hour and provides all the time that is listed on the battery meter.

I still carry the old charged battery as a backup, but I doubt that it will ever be used. However I did notice this morning that the old battery might be useful when sitting in a doctors waiting room since the old battery is smaller and lighter and might be more convenient for less than 2.5 hours of use.

  1. I eat a lot of junk food & I'm gaining weight! I can't help it though! Whenever, I go on a diet I fail & end up eating junk food. It's to tempting! & I barely exercise, I get too lazy! So, HELP! I try to sit-ups at least everyday but I forget to do them!

  4. My goal is to lose 25-40 pounds by Christmas. I haven't been very healthy at all lately and I'm starting to get concerned about my health in the future and I'm getting close to being overweight. I was wondering if anyone has any easy tips for me to lose weight. I know it's not easy, but does anyone have any quick tips that would help me? Thanks!

  6. My year in school are being weighed and the results sent home to parents. I don' want my parents to know how heavy i am. I have used a BMI calculator and am overweight. I need to lose weight for when i am weighted so that i am not embarrased. Help!!

  7. Im not obese or anything but due to an accident and lack of exercise I have put on a few extra pounds. Whats the best way to lose it again?

I have a pretty good basis regarding fitness and nutrition so I would prefer answers that include quick yet intense work out ideas and maybe powerful foods that pack a lot of energy and are low calorie. My personal estimate would be losing 2lbs a week if I exercise and eat right but I was hoping I could increase that number by using some tricks. Any ideas?

  9. I am 6'3 and about 230 lbs. I am trying to lose some weight. Currently I play basketball for about 2-3 hours a day and this is a decent work out. But, I was also told by a friend that if I lift weights I will lost weight quicker. Is this true? I am trying to cut down on fat in pecs and stomach. If you know of a better way please include that too.
